Pamplona Restaurant
A concept-to-design studio project, Pamplona Restaurant was conceived of as a traditional Spanish tapas restaurant in an established neighborhood. Warm colors and materials like cork, neon-look LED and patina brass brighten the unremarkable commercial space.
Convivial
Inspired by Earnest Hemingway’s lifestyle and period writing, Pamplona has welcoming bar service as well as a breakfast and lunch take-out counter.
Morning to Midnight
Breakfast items, espresso drinks and bocadillos are available during the day.
